It's a holiday...

best of all, that means daddy's home. We tried to think of something fun to do as a family. It was pretty chilly for playing outdoors so we decided that it might be a good day for our first Chuck E. Cheese's adventure.

As seen on the faces in the pictures, it was actually a good time. Not as crowded, dirty or expensive as I expected. Not dying to go back in the near future, but we can now we can say we've been (at least in the last 25 years).

Ava was the big ticket winner on something like roulette. She picked a lovely bracelet to purchase with her 80 tickets.
