War Eagle

Late Friday, we got offered some tickets to the Auburn game vs. SMU. Although Daddy offered to watch both kids so Mommy could cheer on the Tigers (without a sippy cup), there ended up being an extra ticket, and we decided to take Ava.  She had fun at the game with Mommy and Ms. Kelly, and the boys enjoyed their day of watching football on TV.

It was really hot!!!  And we got rained on. But it was worth it to see Ava cheering for the orange and blue.  To be honest, her favorite parts were seeing where Ms. Kelly and Mommy used to live, getting a "war eagle tattoo" on her cheek, watching the eagle fly during pre-game, singing AND dancing to the fight song, practicing with thousands of youth cheerleaders during the half time show, finding Aubie and of course, Toomers Corner.

Favorite conversations were...
Ms. Kelly:  Ava, your mommy's dorm room is right up there.
Ava:  I can sleep there in my pack-n-play.
Ms. Kelly:  Maybe you can sleep there in about 15 years.
AND
Ava: "There is toilet papers everywhere."  She even brought some toilet paper home to show Daddy and Bryce (which I found shredded up in her carseat).  On the way home, she fell asleep before we even left the parking lot.
