Routine... what routine?

Not sure who I was kidding, when I thought Ava starting preschool two mornings a week would give us some routine and normalcy. This week was super busy. It flew by. Monday, Ava had her first weekly ballet class. Afterwards she was most concerned with why they didn't get snack there. Her week long ballet camp at the same place was three hours long so they brought snack. This class was 45 minutes. To her point, her class is during the time she usually eats lunch. She had a great time despite being a little hungry. She looks so old in this picture to me. She loved carrying her ballet backpack from her sweet friend Evynne.

Tuesday was meet the teacher at her preschool. They split the class and had the kids come in small groups. She was there with only two other little girls. She was very shy, but I suspect that will change. Here she is with her teacher. Her teacher warned us that they like to do a lot of messy fun! Ava will love that. Mommy is requesting you send her any stain removal recipes.

Thursday was her first day of preschool. She was very excited to go. She was still excited when she got home. I wondered how it would be at a "new school," but she didn't miss a beat. She had fill an All About Me bag with pictures of her family, her pet and something to do with her favorite activity. She brought a train. She and Bryce LOVE trains these days! Speaking of Bryce, while Ava was at school, we did our weekly stroller brigade at the park and played on the playground. He didn't miss Ava too much, and mommy loved using the single stroller again! :) Wednesday we were at a Bounce House and today (Friday) at the roller rink. I didn't take pictures since both of those have been posted previously. It's tough enough chasing two going in opposite directions. We are excited for the weekend!
