The Cabin

Ever since this trip, the kids can't stop talking about the cabin.  Before we went, they kept asking if it would have toys, if it was like a house, if they would sleep there... now they just ask when they can go back to Carson's Cabin.  I haven't broke it to them yet that as far as I know, Carson doesn't own the cabin...
Don't forget this cutie.  Cooper was there too.  His first trip!

Anyway, we rented a cabin in Helen, GA with the Gossetts.  Everyone had a ball.  The weather wasn't the best, but it got better on Saturday.  We hiked to Ruby Anna Falls.  It was the absolute perfect hike for the kiddos, not too long or steep and a beautiful sight at the end.

Saturday evening we grilled out and played board games and the Wii.  The kids are also a great age for the Wii.  Ava can honestly beat us in bowling.  She is so kind because without prompting she intentionally messes up or sits out to let other people win some.  Sunday, we hit downtown Helen as the kids were promised a trip to the candy shop.  It was very relaxing!  We can't wait to go back when there is even more sunshine.
