So... we have lived here a year, and this is one of the things that has thoroughly confused me! Most of my life I have lived in Florida near the coast... but I kept hearing talk of the local beach. I am in the middle of the state, how is this possible? But we have proof.... 
Lots of fun with our friends Matthew, Brock, Braden, Corine, Grant and their mommies. Great picnic spot, playground, clean clear shallow water and white sand... Works for me! At least until the next Florida beach trip!! :)
