the Polar Express!! Yes, we rode a real train to the land of reindeer, polar bears, Santa's Workshop, and twinkling lights! After about a 10 minute ride to the North Pole, Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and their elves came aboard. In our train car, there was a live musician so Ava was in heaven singing and dancing to Christmas carols -- in her pjs, of course. They also read parts of the book and enjoyed cookies and milk. Bryce was not as thrilled to see Santa Claus as he was Aubie Claus... we are planning to see Santa once more this year so we'll see how it goes.
