We took a couple pictures before we left town since we weren't going to be back to North Carolina for Christmas.
Our annual tradition seems to be to swing by the Christmas tree lot on our way home from Thanksgiving travels.
The kids enjoyed decorating as always.
Bryce was quite proud that the Batman ornament could fly to the top of the tree (with the help of daddy lifting him up).
This isn't even the whole tree nor a great picture, but it is the only picture I can find of the outcome.
A new addition this year was a kids' tree. They made so many special ornaments over the years but especially this year, that we let them decorate their own tree. So cute. Definitely a new tradition as they were quite proud of it.
As our weather this winter has been mild, we had the back door open a lot. I thought it was so fun that this little bird flew in and found the kids' tree. Now two hours later, when I STILL couldn't get the bird to fly back outside, it was a lot less cute!!
