B'ham Birthdays and Babies

Brandon had a business trip, and we were invited to some fun events in Birmingahm that we couldn't turn down so the kids and I headed to our old stomping grounds.  First was a baby shower for sweet Eli.

Loved seeing the newlywed's home (instead of Andy's bachelor pad).  And especially loved seeing Eli's mama and a ton of good friends.  Special thanks to Averee and Drew (Mary Glynn and Grayson) for watching the kids during the shower and for letting us crash there.  We miss our old neighbors!

Kel was so nice to plan the shower and Bailey's birthday party back to back so we could make one trip and be intown for both.  While the weather was questionable, it turned out being nice enough for some serious splash park fun, hot dogs and Elmo cake.  Ava and Bryce were all about the hats for some reason.

Less than 48 hours and we were blessed to visit with so many special people.  Between the shower and party, we also had a super fun sleepover in Riverchase, had a playgroup reunion (see next post), and even squeezed in some sweet treats with Carson, Cooper and family (sorry no picts).  Fun memories and so worth the trip!
