Today was Parent Watch Week for Ava's ballet class. The studio does this to try to get the girls used to having an audience. You may remember this posting http://familyofgracie.blogspot.com/2009/11/parent-watch-week.html .... that Ava was not such a fan of this idea last time. Of course she loved having us there, but she was too shy to actually do the dance she had been practicing.
Ms. Heather had been telling me that she was doing so much better now, but I still didn't know how that would translate for performances with an audience. She doesn't like attention, and she gets this very honest. Just watch... words cannot explain how proud I am...
Ok so there are more of Ava's faces shown, but she definitely showed the most improvement since November. Excited for the recital. Just wait because the costumes alone make it worth it!!
